Shipping policy

At Rosie Medina, we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Below is an outline of our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and costs.  Please note that only Rosie Medina Reflexology Massage Sandal orders are processed through Amazons FBA.  All other products are drop shipped by respective manufacturers.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

For Rosie Medina Reflexology Massage Sandals, please refer to Amazon shipping rates and delivery times.  For all other products shipping rates will be determined at time of check out.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within US. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, shipping carrier issues, or weather disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by such events.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at rosiemedinasandals@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier/Amazon to resolve the issue.
